Management of English Teaching organizations and programs course is designed to be reflective and interactive. This course focuses on equipping future language professionals with the tools to lead, design, and manage English teaching organizations and projects competitively and sustainably. It is grounded in the Guatemalan educational context, but with an outward-facing vision toward global standards in bilingual education. Students will explore leadership strategies, institutional planning, innovation management, and quality assurance practices, preparing them to respond to real-world challenges in both public and private education sectors.
